Whenever the transfer of real estate or personal property takes place in Orchard Lake, the new owner must file a Property Transfer Affidavit at the City of Orchard Lake Village, 3955 Orchard Lake Road, Orchard Lake, MI 48323 within 45 days of the transfer.
