The Orchard Lake Police Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it is staffed by nine full-time and three part-time police officers. The administrative clerk is available Monday-Friday; 8:00 am- 4:00 pm. Dispatch services are contracted through West Bloomfield Police Department.
All of the officers are trained as Automatic Defibrillator Technicians. Trauma Bags and Automatic External Defibrillators are carried in the patrol cars 24/7.
Free Gun Safety Locks are available at Orchard Lake Police Department while supplies last.
