The Orchard Lake Shore Properties Association is comprised of 214 riparian members.The 157 lake front home owners pay $140.00 annually and 57 with lake access are taxed $96.00 under Special Assessment District, the cornerstone supporting our programs.

Board members voluntarily manage all activities effecting Orchard Lake, the natural gem we personally enjoy and recognize as a source of high property values.
